Rune Lens Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your Rune Lens account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Warning: This action is permanent and irreversible!
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your email address
- Account credentials (hashed password)
- Authentication tokens
- App preferences and settings
- Any associated account information stored on our servers
Note: All rune analysis and OCR processing is done locally on your device. We do not store any game data, screenshots, or rune information on our servers, so there is no such data to delete.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team with the following information:

Include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Optional: Reason for leaving (helps us improve)

After you submit your deletion request:
- Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
- Processing: Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
- Immediate Effect: You will not be able to log in to your account during the processing period

Alternative: Just Uninstall the App
If you simply want to stop using Rune Lens but might return later, you can just uninstall the app. Your account will remain inactive, and you can log back in anytime in the future.
